Doctor of Pharmacy is undergraduate program of 5 years. D Pharmacy consists of 10 semesters. D Pharmacy has the career scope in the health field. D Pharmacy degree has some terms and conditions, as the students have the medial background can get the admission in D Pharmacy course. This degree is widely accepted in all over the world as internationally and also in Pakistan. In this program thee candidate will pass the in theory and practical examination stages. The aim of this course to modified the thinking of peoples and gave the knowledge about the medicines. It is a proper way to get knowledge and degree of medicines.

D Pharmacy is great value degree in the field of medical field. Recently D Pharmacy has attracted the attention of candidates. Candidate must read to eligibility criteria of admission and fee structure of different universities before admission. In deferent Universities of Pakistan average fee is about 65 thousands per semesters. The degree of D Pharmacy is recognized by Higher Education Communication HEC, Pakistan Medical & Dental Council PMDC and Pharmaceutical Council of Pakistan PCP

میڈیکل کے شعبے میں ڈی فارمیسی بڑی قدر کی ڈگری ہے۔  حال ہی میں ڈی فارمیسی نے امیدواروں کی توجہ مبذول کروائی ہے۔  داخلے سے قبل امیدواروں کو مختلف یونیورسٹیوں میں داخلہ اور فیس کے ڈھانچے کے اہلیت کے معیار کو پڑھنا ہوگا۔  پاکستان کی مختلف یونیورسٹیوں میں اوسطا فیس تقریباmes 65 ہزار فی سمسٹر ہے۔  ڈی فارمیسی کی ڈگری کو ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیونیکیشن ایچ ای سی ، پاکستان میڈیکل اینڈ ڈینٹل کونسل پی ایم ڈی سی اور فارماسیوٹیکل کونسل آف پاکستان پی سی پی نے تسلیم کیا ہے۔

Admission application procedure of different universities are different. Some Universities offers the admission via prospectus while some universities offered the admission online. candidate need to get prospectus form the administrations office. fill the application form duly and submit it. Online application has an other process. Candidate must login in official web of University and put the required information to university. Candidate will pay the required Chalan form fee in recommended bank.

مختلف یونیورسٹیوں میں داخلے کے لئے درخواست دینے کا طریقہ کار مختلف ہے۔  کچھ یونیورسٹییں پراسپیکٹس کے توسط سے داخلے کی پیش کش کرتی ہیں جبکہ کچھ یونیورسٹیوں نے آن لائن داخلے کی پیش کش کی تھی۔  امیدوار کو انتظامیہ کے دفتر میں فارماسپٹس حاصل کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔  درخواست فارم کو پوری طرح سے پُر کریں اور جمع کروائیں۔  آن لائن درخواست میں ایک اور عمل ہوتا ہے۔  امیدوار کو لازمی طور پر یونیورسٹی کے سرکاری ویب میں لاگ ان ہونا چاہئے اور مطلوبہ معلومات کو یونیورسٹی میں رکھنا چاہئے۔  امیدوار سفارش بینک میں مطلوبہ چالان فارم کی فیس ادا کرے گا۔

Aims & Objectives of the Pharm.D. Program: The aims and objectives of Doctor of 

Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) curriculum are to prepare graduates who will have the capacity, uptodate

knowledge, strong ethical values, behavior, communication, writing and social skills that will enable 

them to pursue careers in:

1. Pharmaceutical care in health systems and community environment where appropriate 

medication usage and patient’s safety is paramount.

2. Pharmaceutical industry and its quality systems.

3. Academia, research and development.

جہاں مناسب ہو صحت کے نظام اور معاشرتی ماحول میں دواسازی کی دیکھ بھال

 دواؤں کا استعمال اور مریض کی حفاظت اہم ہے۔

 3. اکیڈمیا ، تحقیق اور ترقی.

Aims: To prepare pharmacy graduates whose scientific knowledge and skills enable them to work with 

the pace to ensure the quality in the design, manufacture, distribution and safe and effective use of 

pharmaceuticals in the society and clinical setting.

Objectives:

1. To keep pace with the advancements in the modern sciences.

2. To prepare the students to fulfill the industrial needs and they should be well versed with the 

basic medical and pharmaceutical sciences in order to prepare a dosage regimen for an 

individual patient. 

3. Community pharmacy practice should be comprehensive.

4. Internship in various disciplines of Pharmacy should be implemented.

5. Update the syllabi of the Pharmacy keeping in view the current proposals, requirements and 

the Needs of the profession.

6. To make our graduates more skillful, competitive and knowledgeable both practically and 

theoretically.

7. To cater the local and international pharmacy needs.

8. Uniformity in the curriculum of Pharmacy at national level.

9. Credit hours should be harmonized i.e. practical and theory credit hours.

10. To make a health care practitioner who is expert in the use of medicine in all practical fields 

and are capable of disease state management specially to improve public health at large.

11. Upon graduation, the graduates should have the capacity, knowledge and capability to 

undertake career in;

a) Enhance patient safety to safe medication usage in community and health care systems

b) To work in the pharmaceutical industry and its quality system

c) To engage in academics and research i.e. Practice and Academics.

d) To prepare students as good human beings in serving the community i.e., ethics, 

communication skills, writing skills, behavior etc.

e) After graduation, he should become a member of health care team.

f) To help the stakeholders of pharmacy about the implications of WTO and TRIPS.

12. The syllabi should be more practical rather theoretical.

13. To include new things regarding OTC Pharmacy (Patient Pharmacist interaction).

14. To prepare pharmacy graduates for better pharmacy practice in the areas including clinical 

pharmacy, community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy and industrial pharmacy.

15. To add further in the curriculum clinical oriented areas as per demand of Pharm.D degree.

16. To update the current syllabi according to the needs of the national and international 

demand.

17. To develop graduates capable of catering the needs of national and international health 

organizations or authorities to help adapt the paradigm shift in the health care system.

18. To bring uniformity in the contents of the syllabi in line with International trends/

international universities imparting Pharm.D education.
